From Initial contact to Delivered Product

A project at Simaform follows a clear sequence designed to maximize the efficiency and reliability of the result.

  1. Initial contact & requirements analysis
    We carefully study the customer's request (plan, part, specifications, etc.) to identify the technical challenges, tolerances, quantities, and deadlines.
  2. Technical design & quotation
    Our design office analyzes possible solutions and develops a detailed quotation, taking into account the best possible production options.
  3. Programming & preparation
    We prepare the CAD/CAM files, setups, and required tooling. The aim is to ensure smooth production right from the get-go.
  4. Manufacture & quality control
    Production is then started based on the chosen processes (machining, cutting, 3D printing, etc.). The parts are checked at each step to ensure they comply with specifications.
  5. Delivery & customer follow-up
    The parts are delivered with an inspection report, when required. We remain available after delivery to provide follow-up, respond quickly, and ensure satisfaction.
