Conventional Milling

High-speed Milling (HSC)

This advanced process is ideal for complex geometries, strict tolerances, and difficult materials. It offers high precision and an excellent surface finish, along with optimized cycle times.

Brass Wire EDM Cutting

For high-precision cutting and contact-free machining of fine shapes, internal features, or very hard materials. It is a technology suited to hard materials and parts requiring strict tolerances or sharp angles, which are often impossible to achieve with conventional milling.

Molybdenum Wire EDM Cutting

Similar to the brass wire process, with a reusable wire suitable for recurring or long production runs, providing an economical and sustainable solution.
