Engineering, Technical Expertise, and Cutting-edge Tools

From analysis to production

At Simaform, engineering is not a peripheral service: it’s a core competence that underpins all of our industrial processes. Our in-house design office, cutting-edge digital tools, and expert knowledge of CAD/CAM software enable us to support our customers from the initial analysis of their requirements through to the final validation of their parts.

Design Office - Our services

Design Office

Engineering in the pursuit of efficiency

Our in-house design office is responsible for digitally preparing all our operations: machining, laser cutting, wire EDM cutting, 3D printing, welding, and finishing.

Our experts meticulously design, model, adapt, and program each operation with the aim of achieving optimal technical and economic performance.

Our core competences:

  • Precision programming of all CNC machines
  • Reverse engineering of complex parts from existing models
  • Creation of technical plans and ready-to-use 3D files
  • Integration of generative design and topological optimization
  • Implementation of digital control tools to ensure dimensional accuracy

This holistic approach allows us to guarantee the reproducibility, reliability, and performance of your industrial projects, even with tight deadlines and complex geometries.

3D Scanner - Our services

3D Scanner

Precision, control, reverse engineering

Simaform has a high-resolution, high-precision 3D scanner certified to ISO 17025, capable of digitizing parts of all sizes with extreme accuracy, allowing us to perform two types of operations:

  • Quality control: generation of certified dimensional reports, precise verification of manufactured parts.
  • Reverse engineering: creation of ready-to-use 3D files from a physical object, with or without corrections, accompanied by standardized technical drawings.

This equipment enables us to compare manufactured parts with theoretical models, restore existing geometries, or directly incorporate modifications as part of a continuous improvement process.
