## From Initial contact to Delivered Product

A project at Simaform follows a clear sequence designed to maximize the efficiency and reliability of the result.

1. **Initial contact & requirements analysis**We carefully study the customer's request (plan, part, specifications, etc.) to identify the technical challenges, tolerances, quantities, and deadlines.
2. **Technical design & quotation**Our design office analyzes possible solutions and develops a detailed quotation, taking into account the best possible production options.
3. **Programming & preparation**We prepare the CAD/CAM files, setups, and required tooling. The aim is to ensure smooth production right from the get-go.
4. **Manufacture & quality control**Production is then started based on the chosen processes (machining, cutting, 3D printing, etc.). The parts are checked at each step to ensure they comply with specifications.
5. **Delivery & customer follow-up**The parts are delivered with an inspection report, when required. We remain available after delivery to provide follow-up, respond quickly, and ensure satisfaction.
